Shannon James Biography

Blonde, blue-eyed Shannon James, who just turned 22, has come a long way in the past couple of years. 4,000 miles, to be exact. This being the distance from her small town in Maine, to Los Angeles, California. It's here in Hollywood that Shannon is pursuing a dual career in modeling and acting. "I've really changed since living here and I think I've learned a lot so far," she says. "For one thing, I've learned that there's a more to life than just partying." That's what Shannon James did in high school. She was a major partier and had a reputation as a booze hound. "My best friend Jayde Nicole and I would get drunk every day in school then party every night with the boys," says Miss James. "I just barely passed by the skin of my nose. But I've learned that it's not cool to be a drunk and that if I want to be a successful model and actress, then I'm going to have to sober up and fly right."

Shannon was one of nine children, an example she doesn't plan to follow. "I believe families should be two or three children at most. That way, the parents can actually know what the kids are up to," she says. Being part of such a large family gave her more freedom than most young girls enjoy- maybe too much freedom. "Nobody was paying much attention to what I did," says Shannon. What she did, was take off for Europe at the age of 17 with a friend and partied her ass off. They drank their way across the continent that summer and did tons of crazy things. "To tell you the tuth," says Shannon, "I can't really remember most of it. But I know I had a good time!" But soon the summer was over and it was time for Shannon James to return to America and try to get her new modeling career to blossum.

Once in LA, Shannon moved in with a bunch of other aspiring models (including future Playmate Tyran Richard) and hit the streets trying to get work. She got small gigs with beer companies and she did more than her share of auto shows. The work paid well, but ultimately, it was unsatisfying. What Shannon really wanted to be was a Playboy Playmate. "It was my dream since I first saw one of my brother's Playboy magazine," she says. "Those women where all so beautiful and I wanted to be just like them." On a whim, Shannon sent in some photographs of herself to Playboy. But after a month had passed without a response, she began to give up hope. But then it happened. One day she checked her messages to find a voicemail from Hef himself! He invited her to a Mansion party where she got to meet him and famous Playboy photographer Steven Wayda. They were both so taken by Miss James' natural beauty that they setup a photo shoot right then and there. The rest, as they say, is history. Soon Shannon James was named Miss May of 2007. Her dream had become a reality!

Hi all. Shannon here. I just want to say thanks for dropping by my cool new site. I hope it's everything you expected. My webmaster and I have worked hard on it and I promise to keep it well updated with killer content. You'll follow along with me as I go through my career as a model and Playboy Playmate. You'll see it all- the good and the bad (although I hope there's mostly good, of course). I was recently named Miss May of 2007. And what a wild ride it's been so far! I'm so proud to be a member of the Playboy family. I really want to represent women in a positive way just like Playboy has been doing for so long. I hope I get lots of chances to take my clothes off for Hef. He's the biggest pimp on the planet and I want to serve him well. I come from a close family and they all have been totally supportive of me becoming a Playmate. My dad is especially proud of me. He really likes the idea of an 80 year old guy banging his little girl Shannon. All my friends from my old neighborhood are very supportive too and often say things like "Hey Shannon James, why don't you take off your clothes so we can see your naked again." Like I'm just going to get naked for them right there. You've got to pay me for that!

But before I go, I want to tell you about the most amazing sexual encounter I've had since becoming a Playboy Playmate. One day a photo editor from Playboy called me and asked if I would show up the next day for a special "celebrity shoot" that they had setup. I was expecting some old geezer friend of Hef's like James Caan or someone like that. But it wasn't even a man. To my pleasent surprise, it was Kayla Collins! I couldn't believe my eyes! She's even more beautiful in person! The shoot was amazing. We had so much fun and the entire time there seemed to be a sexual tension building between Kayla and I. But I figured that it was just my imagination, so I dismissed it out of my mind. Why would a famous celebrity like her be interested in a regular girl like me, Shannon James? So the shoot ended and we all went to dinner together and then, at the wrap party Kayla came up to me and said, "Shannon James, you hot little minx. That shoot made me so horny. I've got to have you right now!" That's all I needed to hear. She took my hand and led me into a back VIP room and we made love for hours! It was the single greatest sexual experience of my life!

I can only imagine what sexual encounters I'll have in the future. Playboy has opened up a whole new world for me and I'll be sharing every moment of it with you, my beloved fans:)
