Reviewed: "Playboy Video Centerfold: Regina Deutinger"

So here's my official review of Regina Deutinger's newest Playboy video. It cost me $24.95 so you better appreciate the work I've done here.

During the main program’s 37 minutes, we see Regina Deutinger in a wide variety of settings. The set-ups will seem very familiar to fans of Playboy videos, as we’ve seen plenty of similar stuff in the past. Four vignettes form the majority of the DVD with a photo montage intro and the basic suppliments thrown in for good measure.

In the first scene, Regina bounces around inside a movie theater to a really lame song and then she poses with Amanda Paige for some unknown reason. Then she sees a guy and grabs his camera. She tosses it to Amanda so she can take pictures of our girl Regina. Then Miss Deutinger gets nervous and scampers up a ladder to get to the roof of the building. She then poses on the rooftop while her clothes are torn off by the wind. Finally we get to see her naked! It only took about fifteen minutes- geez! This was just one big tease and we didn't get to see all that much of Regina when all was said and done, so I can only give it two stars out of five. Not a great way to start this video, that's for sure.

The second scene is pretty good though, since we get Regina Deutinger and Jessica Burciaga in the same bed together. Regina is looking amazing, as usual. She lays in the bed playing with herself as Carmella does a sexy strip-tease until she's totally nude. Then, when everyone is all good and wet, Miss Deutinger breaks out a purple jelly dildo and works both of them over with it until they each have screaming orgasms. The chemistry between the two girls is excellent as they really seem to want to be there. Overall, this is the best scene in the video and a must see for serious Regina Deutinger fans. Four stars for this one.

In the next scene Regina gets to satisfy a fantasy of her own- to see a beautiful, luscious blonde with big breasts get banged by two other Playboy Playmates. Enter Dasha Astafieva, who immediately gets double teamed by Spencer Scott and Raquel Gibson while our girl Regina watches from the side. I personally wanted to see more of Miss Deutinger. After all, she's the subject of this video, isn't she? Luckily, I received my nude Regina fix later in the movie. Make no mistake, Spencer is definitely worth watching. Yet another young, cute Playmate with a big fake rack coming from Playboy. Surprise! Surprise! Dasha, for her part, is almost as vocal in this vignette as Regina, only she does more moaning and keeps the dirty talk to a minimum which is good. The two young Playmates she's with relentlessly ravage her bodacious body.The trio eventually get creative with the coitus. As Dasha bounces on a big pink dildo as the other Playmate kneels on the hood and receives head from Spencer until she has a wild screaming orgasm. Regina times hers perfectly as she too gets off on the action going on in front of her. Nice touch to end the scene, but I can only give it three stars because, like I said, there's a severe lack of Regina Deutinger in it. Oh well.

"Playboy Video Centerfold: Regina Deutinger" concludes with Regina getting the best of both worlds when she meets up with Alison Waite and Savanna for a smoking hot three-way. Savanna notes how hard it is to share your girlfriend with another woman, but Regina says she's excited by the prospects. I'm happy to report that Miss Deutinger and Savanna pleasure each other with their fingers, toes, tongues and a even a neon green duel-ended dildo. Alison seals the deal by spraying her love juice (yes, she's a squiter) all over Savanna's and Regina's pretty faces as this scene fades to black and this marvelous scene draws to a close. Although she hasn't been in front of the camera for quite a while, Regina proves that she hasn't forgotten what it takes to make a successful film. Not only does Miss Deutinger return to form here, but she also brings sizzling co-star Savanna Samson into the mix and makes her a centerpiece of the film, a selfless gesture for which Regina is to be admired. Most women would want the focus to be squarely on them. But Miss Deutinger chose to share the wealth in this case. Needless to say, the viewer profits immensely from her decision. The real payoff, however, would have been if Playboy could have cloned Regina so that there were at least as many of her as there are in the title to this delicious DVD. As she proves, though, one of her is more than enough to go around.

In between these pictorial elements, we have the obligitory "bonus" footage with trailer of other Playboy videos and a short iterview with the girl. As you'd expect, Regina chats about her life, loves and career as a nude model. She tells us about her experiences at Playboy and all her encounters with other hot models like Cassandra Lynn. These don’t fill a lot of time, however, as the vignettes dominate the program. As usual, we learn very little information about Regina Deutinger herself, but what are you going to do?. These personal clips are always lame and these are no exception.

The DVD Grades: Picture B-/ Audio B+/ Bonus B-

Playboy Video Centerfold: Regina Deutinger appears in an aspect ratio of 1.33:1 on this single-sided, single-layered DVD; due to those dimensions, the image has not been enhanced for 16X9 televisions. While not perfect, it was better looking than most Playboy products. Colors was mostly positive. The tones consistently looked natural and vibrant. Overall, the main problems was softness, but the program was still attractive enough for a “B-“. Sharpness seemed decent. At times, some softness popped up, usually due to a gauzy style of photography apparently meant to smooth out some of the harder edges. Delineation was erratic, as some shots were crisp and concise while others looked liked they’d smeared Vaseline on the lens. Especially the scene with fellow Playmate Tiffany Selby- that one was a mess!

While "Playboy Video Centerfold: Regina Deutinger" contains plenty of our girl Regina, she leaves her ego at the door and gives the others a chance to shine too. The end result is just what the doctor ordered for any fan of this stunning Playmate. Frankly, it's just what this excitable boy ordered as well! My wish was granted from the start with this one. Lest anyone has forgotten just how hot Regina is, the movie opens with a photo collage of her Playboy pictorial. I wasn't 55 seconds into this when I felt that my boner was about to explode! The first of many to come to be sure!!!

So in conlusion, if you're a huge Regina Deutinger fan, then by all means, get this DVD. You'll love it, trust me. But if you're only kind of into Miss Deutinger and want to see the other girls, then don't bother because it's mostly about Regina and not really that great as far as other Playmates are concerned.
