Raquel Gibson Video Review

Today I will review two different DVDs that have recently been released featuring Playboy Playmate Raquel Gibson. The first to be reviewed is "Raquel's Playmate Calendar". Which is Playboy's yearly release of a calendar style video that has a vignette of each centerfold for her given month. Miss August is Raquel Gibson.

The second video I've reviewed is Raquel's very first hardcore movie entitled "Raquel Gibson: Superslut". An ambitious romp into the x-rated world by this super hot Playmate.

REVIEW: "Playboy Video Centerfold: Raquel Gibson"

During the main program’s 38 minutes, we see Raquel Gibson in several different settings with other super hot Playboy Playmates. The set-ups will seem familiar to fans of these videos, as we’ve seen plenty of similar material in the past. Six vignettes form the majority of this DVD. Raquel bounces around a farm to a country tune and then she poses on a sandy beach with fellow Playboy Playmate Janine Habeck which is really hot. In one fantasy sequence, Raquel grabs some dude’s camera phone and takes nude shots of herself, while in another, movie-star Miss Gibson escapes paparazzi only to find herself surrounded by evil Penthouse Pets who try to suck her blood. She somehow manages to escape these wicked vixens only to be attacked by her arch nemesis The Campbell Twins. What occurs is a battle royal between these women with Miss Gibson rising above to be the ultimate victor.

In between the pictorial scenes, Raquel Gibson chats about her life as a fighter of evil. She also tells us about her experiences at Playboy and her relationship with porn star Kia Drayton. These don’t fill a lot of time, however, as the vignettes dominate the program. As always, we learn very little real information about the model. Playmates always talk in generic tones about themselves and their careers, so these Raquel segments quickly turn tedious. I suppose the DVDs have to include them, but they’re pretty lame if you ask me.

The last scene is the only one that's really worth a damn as we get Playmates Raquel Gibson, Michelle McLaughlin and 1998 Playmate of the Year Dasha Astafieva all in the same bed together. Raquel is looking amazing as usual as she does a slow, sexy striptease for the other girls to enjoy. She slowly removes each piece of clothing as Michelle and Karen frantically play with themselves. Then, when they're all good and wet, Miss Gibson pulls out a jelly double-dong and works the other two Playmates over until they each have wild orgasms. They repay the favor by taking turns licking Raquel's perky breasts and cute little pussy. The chemistry between the three girls is really good as they really seem to be enjoying themselves. Raquel is especially energetic as she has multiple orgasms throught the scene. If you're a big Raquel Gibson fan, then this scene might make it worth the purchase price for you.

Unfortunately, I find little reason to rewatch any of Raquel’s nude scenes either. Her breasts just don't look real to me. She’s not as fake as fan favorite Kayla Collins nude, but Raquel often comes across as an artificial presence in her own right. I was especially put-off over the amount of fake tits in this video. It made me long for natural Playmates like Amanda Paige whose breasts are a thing of beauty. But oh well, not every woman is lucky enough to be born with perfect breasts, not even Raquel.

That leaves this Video Centerfold a disappointing dud. I may not be wild about Raquel Gibson, but I certainly expected hotter action than what I found in this dull video, especially since I’ve seen many sexy vignettes that featured Playmates who I find far more attractive. Raquel lacks presence and charisma in front of the camera, and the director fails to do anything to spice her up. A hot lesbian scene with Athena Lundberg sure would have been nice. But alas, they didn't include one. Those bastards. Overall, this is a very weak Playboy product and I simply cannot reccomend it.

As we look at the extras, we find a few goodies. First we get some behind the scenes stuff. These include glimpses of “Raquel Gibson’s Playboy Magazine Photo Shoot” and her recent scene with Playboy Playmate Destiny Davis which was unbelievable. I would have liked to have seen her appearance on The Howard Stern Show but it wasn't on the DVD at all. What a bummer.

A disappointing video for a disappointing Playmate, "Playboy Video Centerfold: Raquel Gibson" never becomes anything worth jerking off to. I’m not wild about Miss Gibson myself, and the video vignettes do nothing to make her more appealing. They’re generic and bland and fail to deliver the goods. Overall, this is a very mediocre release that I don’t recommend to anyone other than true Raquel Gibson fans.

REVIEW: "Raquel Gibson: Superslut"

I'd ay this video is really good except for the fact that it hardly features Raquel Gibson at all. There are plenty of other hot young girls, but Miss Gibson is in only three out of the eleven scenes! If that's the case, why is it called "Raquel Gibson: Superslut"? Why not "A Bunch of Slutty Girls Plus Raquel"? That would have been more appropriate. Guess the producers are trying to cash in on the fact that Raquel Gibson is a popular Playboy Playmate. Suckers like me will think that the entire video is about her, when in fact, she is only a small part of it. Oh well, three scenes with Miss Gibson is better than none. Because Raquel isn't in the other scenes, I'm not going to write about them here. But trust me, they're all good. They all feature super hot little sluts sucking cocks to completion. None of them is as attractive as Raquel is, but they're not Playboy Playmates, so we've got to cut them some slack. They give good head though, and that's what really counts.

Jessica Burciaga leads off the video and she is super cute. She could also be Raquel Gibson's little sister with that face and voice.
