Reviewed: "Playboy presents: Qiana Chase in Paradise"

Okay, so I love African-American Playboy Playmates. Kia Drayton is my all-time favorite, but Qiana Chase is a close second, so when I saw that Playboy had released a new nude video featuring the beautiful nubian queen, I simply had to buy it. So here's my official review of "Playboy presents: Qiana Chase in Paradise". Enjoy.

During the main program’s 57 minutes, we see our girl Qiana in a variety of sexy settings. The set-ups will seem familiar to fans of Playboy videos, as we’ve seen plenty of similar material in the past. Playboy isn't exactly known for their imagination when it comes to their videos, but what are you going to do? I guess they figure it's all about the girl and that the sets don't matter. I can't disagree, but it would be nice to see something different once in a while. I swera I remember Laura Croft nude bouncing around the exact same sets in her video! C'mon Playboy, try something new!!!

Anyways, five vignettes form the majority of the piece. In the first one,Qiana struts her stuff in a movie back-lot to a really lame song and then she poses with Amanda Paige for some unknown reason. Where the hell did Amanda come from? Who cares, she's hot! So after the two Playmates are done posing, Qiana Chase sees a tourist and grabs his cameraphone and starts taking shots of herself. This scene is quite lame in my opinion. The girls never get naked and Qiana comes across as very narcisistic.

There's only one decent scene in the whole video IMO. The last one is pretty good since we get Miss Chase and Spencer Scott in the same bed together. Qiana is looking amazing as usual. She slowly removes her clothing and begins to rub herself.... down there. The whole time Spencer is watching and doing the same! Then when everyone is good and wet, Qiana breaks out a big 'ol jelly dildo and works over her Playmate lover until they each have screaming orgasms. The chemistry between the two girls is excellent as they really seem to want to be there. Overall, this is the best scene in the video and a must see for serious Qiana Chase fans.

In between these fantasy sequences, Qiana chats about her life and her personality. She also tells us about her experiences at Playboy and all her encounters with other hot Playmates like Cassandra Lynn. These don’t fill a lot of time, however, as the vignettes dominate the program. As usual, we learn very little about the Miss Chase. Playboy Playmates always talk in generic tones about themselves and their careers, so these segments quickly turn tedious as hell. I suppose the DVDs have to include them, but they’re pretty lame.

This leaves this Playboy video kind of a disappointing dud. I love Qiana Chase, but she just wasn't at her best in this DVD. It's not her fault, she tries hard, but I certainly expected hotter action than what I found in this dull video. I must say that Qiana comes across better in print than in video. She kind of lacks presence and charisma in front of the camera, and the director fails to do anything to spice things up even when Qiana and fellow PlaymateAlison Waite are in the same scene. How is that even possible?

So the bottom line is that unless you're a huge Qiana Chase fan and want to own everything that she's in, I'd skip this one if I where you.
