REVIEW: "Playboy 2006 Playmate Calendar: Athena Lundberg"

So I was at my local video store checking out the latest hot chick flicks when I noticed that one of my all-time favorite Playboy Playmates, Athena Lundberg, has a new video out. Nice! She's looking great on the cover and when I turned it around I saw several other super-hotty Playmates were in it too! There was the fabulous rehaid AJ Alexander and even the sultry Sasckya Porto! Damn! These two uber babes AND Athena? Who could ask for more? I simply had to have this DVD, so I slapped down my cash ($23.95) and took it home. I will now review it for you using my famous "boner scale" with one boner being a total dud that you can't even get off on, and five boners being a total stroke-fest. Enjoy!

Throughout the video we see our girl Athena Lundberg in a wide variety of sexy settings. The setups will seem familiar to fans of Playboy videos since we’ve seen plenty of this in the past, but what are you going to do? It's Playboy. Their not exactly known for their vivid imaginations.

Four vignettes form the majority of this DVD, plus there's the standard interview and behind-the-scenes stuff. I could totally live without these, but they're always included in Playboy videos, so you might as well watch them. Seeing Athena Lundberg being interviewed is like watching paint dry, but she looks great while doing it and that's all that really matters.

In the first scene we see Athena and Sandra Nilsson in the same bed together. This I like! Miss Lundberg is looking amazing, as usual. First, she does a slow strip-tease for Sandra so we can get a real good look at her perfect body from head to toe. Those toes! OMG!!! Cutest I've ever seen!! After a few minutes of teasing Athena Lundberg gets down to business and pulls out a pink vibrator and begins to work-over the other Playmate until she screams with pleasure. Sandra pays back the favor by licking Athena's perfect body for what seemed like an hour (but I aint complainig). The chemistry between the girls was excellent. They really seem to be havinga good time and wanted it to never stop. Especially Athena. She's just insatiable. If you're a major fan of Miss Lundberg, then this scene alone will be worth the price of the DVD for you. A solid four boners I say.

In the next scene we get Athena Lundberg pretending to be a movie star with paparazzi following her around a movie set in Hollywood. That didn't make much sense, but Athena Lundberg is looking stunning in this scene, so who care about the plot. But the problem is that she never takes her clothes off! What's the point of having Athena in a scene if she doesn't get naked? Because of this I can only give this one boner at best.

The third scene was a real dud also because it didn't feature Athena Lundberg at all!!! It opens with a random hot chick masturbating on her bed when Playboy Playmate of the Year Kara Monaco walks in. She says, "I bet you're thinking about Athena Lundberg aren't you?" The girl confesses that she is and Kara decides to help her in her fantasy by pretending to be Athena (why, I don't know). She says, "Just pretend I'm her and I'll make you cum". They go at it for about ten minutes, and sure enough, the girl has an orgasm. Why this was even in the video, I don't know. Any scene without Athena Lundberg just isn't worth watching in my opinion. This one gets a dissapointing one boner again. Just a lame scene from beginning to end.

The fourth and last scene is probably the best as we get Athena Lundberg, Betty Patrick and Laura Croft nude all in the same shower together! Now that's more like it! It opens with the three hotties walking into the shower completely nude. Nice! No need to spend ten minutes undressing- just get naked! Anyways, I won't spoil it for you by going into too much detail, but trust me, if you're a fan of Athena Lundberg's gorgeous rack, then you won't be dissapointed! The other two Playmates spend ample time soaping those babies up, believe me. Amazing! The sight of Athena's perfect mellons all wet and soapy being rubbed by Playboy Playmates made me blow my load over and over again. I give it five big throbbing boners for sure! This one scene was worth the price of the video to me.

So there you have it- my official review of Athena's latest Playboy video. It's hit and miss. Two crappy scenes and two killer ones. If you're a big fan of Athena Lundberg like I am, then by all means, get this DVD. You won't be dissapointed. The two good scenes are worth the price of the DVD for sure.
