Hello, my name is Alison Waite and I'm Playboy's Miss May of 2006. I'm so very proud and excited to be a member of the Playboy family. I want to represent women in a positive way just as Playboy has been doing for over 50 years. My friends come up to me and say "Alison, you're now a Playboy Playmate, how does it feel" or "you sure look different now Alison, now that you're a big-shot model and all." But you know, I'm still the same old Alison Waite that grew up in a small town in Nebraska. I try not to let it go to my head.

If I ever do get a big head, however, I always have my friend, fellow Playmate Kelly Carrington, to keep me in check. She's from a small town too and has never gotten full of herself. If I got out of hand she'd say "Alison Waite, you little bitch. Who do you think you are!" and she'd be right. So that's why I try to stay humble every day of my life even though I know I'm hotter than pretty much every model out there. Especially other Playmates from 2006. I should have got Playmate of the Year.

I come from a very close family, and everyone has been totally supportive of Alison Waite being a Playmate. I was born and raised in Butthole, Nebraska and am one of three children. Growing up in Nebraska was great! All my friends and family love the fact that their little girl, Alison, became a Playboy Playmate and is taking her clothes off for all the world to see. Especially my dad. He just loves the fact that Hef is banging me. He couldn't be happier.

I've got to tell you that I, Alison Waite, had a ball shooting my Playmate centerfold pictorial. Playboy spread my shoot out over several days, so it was a long process, but lots of fun. I got to shoot with the amazing Arney Freytag who is the absolute best. he'd always say things like, "Alison Waite, you are the best model I've ever worked with. No other models look as good nude as you do." And he was right! When I look in the mirror I think to myself, "Alison, you are one hot mama!".

My favorite shots from my pictorial were from the shower scene because I got to cover myself in body lotion. I just love rubbing lotion all over my perfect body. It gets me so horny! The scene where I'm fooling around with Kayla Collins was just a joke on one of the photo editors, but they liked it so much that Playboy ended up using the shots. Isn't that crazy? I just love my centerfold and the wonderful outfits I got to wear. I couldn't be happier about it all. Being Alison Waite is pretty cool, I must say. Much better then being you.

Alison Waite is an American model and all around great gal. Miss Waite first appeared on the cover of the May 2006 issue of Playboy, which focused on the Top 10 Party Schools in the U.S. She went to San Diego State University which is a notorious party school to say the least. After being considered among the 63 college students who were photographed for the issue as "a subject worthy of advanced study," Alison was offered the Playmate of the Month pictorial in the same issue.

Prior to posing for Playboy, Alison Waite was a graduate student from SDSU with a specialization in gerontology. That's the study of aging in case you don't know. She attended Inglemoor High School in Kenmore, Washington.

After the pictorial, she decided to put her studies on hold for a year in order to try her hand at being a Playboy Playmate and all that entails. She did well as Miss Waite was named one of the two finalists for 2007 Playmate of the Year, but ultimately lost to Sara Jean Underwood.

Alison Waite has done a lot since. She is now a substitute case model on the game show "Deal or No Deal".
When asked to describe herself she says "I'm daring, outgoing, edgy- an explorer. There's not a lot I haven't done, but if you have any ideas, try me." Miss May hails from Washington state, where new ideas are a dime a dozen. She spent her formative years as a junior figure skater, wowing the crowds at ice palaces throughout the Los Angeles Basin. Alison Waite remembers waking up at 4 a.m. and practicing until 7:30, then racing to school, changing her clothes in the back seat of her mother's car. "Mom would tell me when a truck was coming, so I could cover up." A potential champion, Alison quit skating when she was still a teen, choosing instead to party with her friend Tiffany Selby.

No discipline could hold her for long. At first, Alison says, she searched for an outlet for the energy she had put into skating competition. "When something that used to take up all your time stops, you have to search for something new," says Alison Waite. "I did a little drinking. I even tried drugs. That wasn't for me. So I decided to go all out for life.".

After college, Miss Waite took the advice of dozens of friends and decided to concentrate on modeling. Her first job, a TV ad for a Japanese coffee creamer, paid $100 a day. "I said to myself, 'I think I can do this.' " Modeling built her bank account; ambition fueled her drive to take up acting. "I don't want to sound like every other young actor," she says "and say I am going to win an Oscar. I mean, I know I've got a lot of work ahead of me. But you never know if you don't try, right?" Alison Waite is outgoing, edgy, curious, and determined. She knows there are thousands of young beauties in Hollywood angling for the same acting jobs she wants. No matter. All a woman can do is her best. "I'm just intense enough to think that if you have it inside you- the need to perform good things can happen. If it happened to Jessica Burciaga, it can happen to me, right?" Why not Alison, why not.

According to this rising star, the move into the twenty-first century means one thing: the return of the sex goddess. And that, Alison predicts, means one other thing: the rebirth of Marilyn Monroe. "She was the ultimate sex goddess," insists Miss Waite, her soft brown eyes widening, "with all her glamour, beauty and innocence. That's what attracted people to her. And that's why it's such a compliment when people tell me I remind them of her."

Alison Waite's fascination with Marilyn isn't your ordinary fan stuff . "It goes further than that," she says. "I'd give anything to have that image, that vulnerability, that magic that made men fall all over her. We have the same dreams, the same driven desire to succeed. I also like the fact that she's into girls like Grace Kim who is really amazing."

Both the dream and the drive began bubbling to the surface about five years ago, when Alison left her home where she grew up to attend college at Southern Methodist University in Texas. She'd selected SMU mainly for its solid theater program, but to her surprise, Alison Waite took to the Texas capital like a lost cowgirl gone home- especially its nightlife on downtown's Sixth Street, a boulevard crammed with a variety of rock clubs. "Imagine suddenly having all these places to go," Alison remembers, "without having a mother there to tell you when to be home. I was in heaven! My friend, fellow Playmate Destiny Davis and I would party all night !"

Alison's first taste of stardom came when she was cast in a university production of "Bus Stop." A theater-arts major who'd never actually been in a play before, Miss Waite landed the part of Cherie, coincidentally the same role portrayed by Marilyn Monroe in the movie version. "Getting cast as Cherie was the biggest thing for me, but it also caused some problems. Here I was, a sophomore, and I beat out the seniors for the main role. A lot of them were jealous and catty about it- the bitches!"

Despite a successful stage debut, life in the spotlight came to a brief halt that summer when Alison moved to Manhattan to work as a flight attendant for a major airline- temporarily. "That job isn't as glamorous as people think. In reality, it was an overrated, underpaid job that gave me some serious jet lag. Yes, I got to travel all around the world, but I was always too tired to leave my hotel room! I was back in school by the following fall," says Alison.

That was fortunate for us, because that's how we met her. "When my friend Qiana Chase told me that Playboy was going to conduct a search for "Girls of the Southwest Conference" , I knew I had to try out. I didn't tell anyone about it so I wouldn't be embarrassed if I didn't make it." But of course, Alison Waite did make it. Her magazine appearance impressing not only the Texas locals, "I was actually recognized on Sixth Street" says Alison, but also wowed Playboy's photo editors. Before Alison Waite knew it she was Miss May of 2006. Her life was now complete!!

So, for the time being, Alison is coasting and just thanking her lucky stars. "I don't want to be somewhere down the line saying, 'I shoulda, coulda, woulda.'" she admits. "When I look back on my life, I'm going to know that I did what I wanted to do: I wanted to live in New York and I did. I fantasized about being a Playboy Playmate and going to the Mansion, and all that has happened to me. More people should try to live their dreams. That way, they can be as cool as me."

A MESSAGE FROM ALISON WAITE

Becoming a Playboy Playmate opened me, Alison Waite, up to all sorts of new experiences. Especially when it comes to sex and nudity. I come from a small town and had never did it with anyone but my boyfriend. And the thought of being with other girls never even crossed my mind. But that all changed one day at The Playboy Mansion. . . . It was the morning after a big party. I had too much to drink that night and stayed over in one of the guest bedrooms. A couple of years has passed since I, Alison Waite, was Miss May 2006. And what a crazy ride it's been! As I go through my career I'd like to take you along for the ride. It will be a look into the life of a Playmate with really big fake tits like me, Alison. The endless airports, traveling all over the world. The many famous and exciting people that you get to meet, the places you get to visit, the long hours in makeup and wardrobe and on the set, and the hours in the gym, all to be the best Alison Waite that I can possibly be for you, my fans.

But before I go I've got to tell you about the wild sexual experience I had recently with Laura Croft. I was hanging out at the Playboy Mansion nude sunbathing with fellow Playmates Regina Deutinger and Kia Drayton by the pool. We were drinking a lot and getting kind of horny.
